Cancellation Policy for Nature Avenues Sandalwood Farms

1. Cancellation Requests: Nature Avenues Sandalwood Farms has a strict cancellation policy in place. Once a booking is confirmed, no cancellations will be allowed.

2. Non-Refundable Payments: Any payments made for bookings with a total amount less than ₹51,000 are considered non-refundable and will not be eligible for any form of reimbursement.

3. Partial Refunds: Partial Refunds: In the event of cancellation for bookings with a total payment of ₹51,000 or higher, a refund may be processed after deduction of 50% of the paid amount or ₹51,000/-, whichever is higher. All refunds will be provided within 90 days of application submitted after deduction of the stipulated amount.

4. Court Matters: In the case of any disputes or legal matters arising from cancellations or related issues, the jurisdiction will be the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.

5. Booking Modifications: Changes or modifications to bookings, once confirmed, are subject to the same cancellation policy. No refund or reimbursement will be provided for booking modifications, cancellations, or no-shows.

6. Force Majeure: Nature Avenues Sandalwood Farms reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or other situations beyond the control of the company. In such cases, the company will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives or reschedule bookings, but no refunds will be provided.

7. Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame after the cancellation is confirmed. The exact processing time may vary depending on factors such as payment methods and financial institutions.
